Wrong, damaged or missing items

If you receive the wrong item, an item arrives damaged, or something is missing from your order, contact us and we’ll put it right with a replacement, partial refund or full refund.

Change of mind

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item(s) are unused, unworn, and in their original box with tags attached. Bundles must be returned complete — we can’t accept partial bundle returns. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

How to request a return

1. Email support@slick-kicks.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and photos if there’s a problem with the order.
3. We’ll reply within 3 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item(s).
